Customers who choose to take advantage of one of our supported control panels (cPanel or DirectAdmin) will receive full troubleshooting, repair and configuration support on all services managed by that control panel provided that manual modification (e.g. command line adjustment of configuration files or custom tweaks to source code) are not made to those services. e-Sensibility will assist customers with all other third-party software on a best-effort basis.
Non-Control Panel Customers:Customers who choose to utilize Webmin or no control panel at all will receive full support configuring, installing and repairing all standard Linux software, including (but not necessarily limited to) Apache, MySQL, PHP, BIND, Postfix (MTA), Pure-FTPd and/or ProFTPD (FTP), OpenSSH, OpenSSL, and mod_ssl. All other third-party software will be supported on a best-effort basis.
